I hope so. Then I can stop rooting for the Pistons because my team would be back... but I won't hold my breath. The Bucks are actually on the rise in the east, so I doubt Milwaukee would let them go. A couple year ago when they sucked maybe, but not now.

I would love that! Seattle deserves an NBA team!

Great, move another up and coming team out West. That'll solve the balance discrepency.

what do you do about re-alignment though...?

I would propose a re-alignment similar to baseball. Have an NL/AL type split. You could have two teams on the West coast play in a different conference. Would easily help balance the Spurs, Rockets, Mavs, Grizzlies and Pelicans.

If they relocated they better go to Seattle. Seattle would also deserve that roster given the fact they could of had OKC roster

If they dont reach an agreement on public funding the nba may take control of the team and relocate them. Two cities that are in the picture is seattle and las vegas. I would die if seattle landed the bucks roster they are a solid young team on the uprise, my fingers are crossed.

Report: Milwaukee NBA team could move to Seattle | Local & Regional | Seattle News, Weather, Sports, Breaking News | KOMO News
The city of Milwaukee is close to an agreement on a new arena so it looks like the Kings may be a better alternative for Seattle or Las Vegas.

No city deserves an NBA team. These teams will go where the folks are as green as the money.

Bump Memphis to the East. Problem solved.

Anyway, they aren't going anywhere. Its just a scare tactic to get tax payers to foot more of the arena bill.

They would obviously have to be in the west.

dont even get me started with the kings what happened with them was complete BS. Hansen bought the team had the arena in seattle ready to go everything was in place all that was left was for the relocation committee to vote for the move. For whatever reason they voted no but it turns out that the person who is the chairman of the committee? Its clay bennett the phucking owner of the oklahoma thunder the guy that headed the relocation from seattle to OKC. So when they voted no hansen pretty much had to sell the team to the indian guy who is the current owner i cant remember his name

Every bit of news related to Seattle and relocation/expansion is too good to be true until it actually happens

Every city/owner is going to use Seattle as a stepping stone to get their arena deals. They don't really intend to move to Seattle, they just want the funding and with Seattle so desperate for a team we are the ultimate scare tactic for owners seeking money for an arena.

It's like the NFL and Los Angeles. I don't see the Bucks going anywhere either.

Doubt they move as well. This team's on the rise, be a shame if they had to move.

True. Nice rivalry with the Bulls.

Expansion's the best bet for Seattle. I hope Seattle does get a team again soon.
