That's actually true. This is really sad though. The last two neutral site games involving Boise drew 87K for VT and 74K for UGA in the Georgia Dome which has a capacity of 72K.

When I looked a couple weeks ago, the seats the school had available were good seats.

I was expecting something like 50k, but I guess this isn't too unreasonable. Doesn't sound like they'll be getting much local support either.

UTVol, you know thats bad info, I heard all 5 of the statewide local BSU fans bought tickets

Sadly this has been said already, not just anyone can be paired as opponents and fill a stadium of this size at these distances from their home fields. It takes teams with fanbases that really travel well to come close to filling stadiums this size that far away.
