He seriously looks fucking good... I can see him being a real threat next year... fuck, this series even. Almost had a hatty, set up an unbelievable pass to Z. I'm impressed.

It's true. He seems to be able to drive wide and past the defenseman virtually every single time he gets the puck in the offensive zone. I'm not even exaggerating when I say he could score 40+ next season when he's never even scored more than 21. This is not the same player we saw getting benched at the beginning of the season.

I don't know if this is a fair comparison or not, but I think of him like Erik Cole but with even better hands and obviously way more potential. They are about the same size and both love to drive wide and hard to the net with great success.

I understand the reasoning in it though, to play CJ's system he needs to get more experience defensively.
