According to the databases I have found it looks like over 60% of the bets are coming in on the Broncos despite the line moving as if all the money is coming in on the Patriots.

I have to say I love the Patriots here. So much so it is almost scary. A lot of trends say the Patriots will win. A week ago before the lines came out I knew I would love who ever the dog was in this game and I am glad it is the @ home coming off of a loss Patriots in sub freezing weather.

If I was going to make a list of excuses (universal):

1. Refs, it is always the refs fault
2. My QB forgot which color his receivers jerseys are (this one is called the Cutler special)
3. The other team stole our signs
4. Chronic Vagina Pain (Cutler special 2.0)
5. Clearly our QB has been concussed for the last 2 years (Favre Stand By)
6. Our HC is Rex Ryan
7. We have a Ryan on our staff
8. It was our bye week, I have no idea what you are talking about
9. Clearly our team was tailgating too long today
10. meh, let's get drunk

Aren't you concerned about all of the injuries on the NE defense? Perhaps you are right, but I think that the good guys are pretty likely to end their much too long streak of futility against the Pats over the past several seasons.

Broncos have some injuries too, but yes that is a concern.

True. I heard someone on NFL Net say that perhaps the most distinguishing feature of tonight's meeting in their series is that Peyton has the better squad this time. Not sure that it's entirely accurate, but I bought it.

I think a win is possible but when injuries are considered Denver has much more talent on both sides of the ball.

I could make the case for that, I think Peyton's teams in Indy were based off of him and then everyone else - it seems like the Patriots had much better teams back then than they do now

Of course the most recent meeting was last year, when PFM was already a Bronco. I do think that Brady has had the more complete teams in most of the meetings, though.
