what do you Broncos folks think about the braintrust taking the Manning offense away from Manning?

is this season basically a wash by being the time period to put in the new offense for the next quarterback?

I just dont understand why you take away the thing that makes Manning great- his ability to call the plays as he sees fit when he gets to the line of scrimmage.
