Has there been an instance where interim HC is kept on for following season? Or clean out coaching staff at one side of the ball and keep the other?

Its definitely an interesting issue. Its why I think promoting Evero is our only option for continuity. Hackett leaves, we keep the OC who takes over play calling (or fire him and promote Kubiak to interim OC) and the rest is status quo till the off-season.

We know what we have with Hack, let's give Evero a shot at this and see how it goes.
