What do you guys think about Breeland? I feel like the Panthers got a good pick up at a good price, particularly given the money that Butler signed for.

I want to say solid, but I think more streaky. When he is good, he is good. But IF he has a bad game, he lets it linger for another game or two before he recoups.

Also think us signing Norman kinda fucked with his head for half a season that first year.

But when his game is on, I would rank him as one of the top 15-20 CBs in the league.

Thanks guys. His numbers look excellent but I wasn't sure if there were "locker room issues".

BTW, congrats on picking up Alex Smith and not spending stupid money on Cousins. That deal is mind boggling

Not really when you see what we are paying Alex Smith.

Good solid player who's still trying to master the one thing that all very good to great corners must have... an extremely short memory.

Good pickup by your team and btw; the irony is not lost on this poster that he decided to go to Carolina. (see: Josh Norman)

Good player that hasn't reached his full potential. He's a 2 but thinks he's a 1. With that position I guess you want that mentality, but when the top receivers show him why he's a 2, it takes him a little while to bounce back mentally.

Sure tackler, great in press coverage, and so far not a problem off the field.

I honestly think Breeland is going to truly break out in Carolina. The panthers do a good job coaching their cornerbacks up. Wouldnt be surprised to see Breeland in the pro bowl in the very near future. He can play inside or outside.

As shark said he can be up and down. He's a very "heady" athlete. Would be terrible at golf. When hes playing well hes really good. When hes not playing well he goes on Twitter rants.
