sorry guys. I had some news last night that just got to me.

a friend of mine got throat cancer last year right at the same time she got pregnant. it was a very very tough 9 months for her and her husband but she made it through. the baby is 100% and has no side effects from the radiation treatments she had while she was pregnant. my friend lost her taste buds so that was worse case scenario.

a friend of mine from high school was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year. She also was caught in time but didn't escape unscathed.

Then 6 months ago my Sister was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and just finished her Chemo and will be going into her radiation treatments. They caught it early but still has high risk.

now last night my friend who had the cancer first found out her dear sweet mother who is one of the nicest people I know has Breast Cancer and its bad. I am incredibly mad, sad, and just frustrated with how Cancer is so prevalent in todays world when so much is spent on such ludicrous things and people. I try usually not to bring too much sad emotion to the boards but I was in front of the computer shortly after I got that news and just kinda went on a tirade. I thank you all for your thoughts. truly thank you

Hang in there Matt. I've lost five fam members to that terrible disease and it suck's big time. Like you said they spend so much money on bullshit pet projects and should spend more time and money on this.
