Can I be a fan of three different College Football programs? 2 FBS and 1 FCS? Is that against the college football rules? Because I'd love to be able to root for Nebraska AND UCF next year haha

Not on this board. They get butt hurt when you show any kind of interest in another program. Even in basketball. But I think that's mostly just jealousy...

Woah wait a min here fellers we are just going to let him in huur like that?? He first needs to shave big N's on the side on his head to look like the Nebraska football helmet that's a one year minimum sentence. And shave one eye brow for 2 weeks then shave the other, That's standard process for any new comer. Also yer gunna want to get real friendly with whiskey in years past we drank it out of celebration, of course much more recently we drank it to remember and to forget. But now I think we will drink it to celebrate again. But yea welcome aboard @Terry Rode

See. He has one favorite team and a few that he would like to follow. Tis different when you bitch out on your team fer a more douchey program and claim them as your favorite

Good for Marvin

Coastal Carolina: Marvin Sanders, the former Nebraska secondary coach who spent last season as the head coach at Loyola HS (Los Angeles, CA), has been hired as Joe Moglia’s defensive coordinator.

I listened to it.... Absolutely crazy the fuckery that was going on with the previous coaching staff. Blows my mind!
Ya, who the hell has ever heard of not teaching fundamentals.
John Parrella had to be thinking :wtf:
I feel bad for Parrella, he didn't ask for Diaco.... Actually, I feel bad for all of the defensive position coaches.

JP: "hey; football "Bob", what kind of moves do you want the D-Line to learn?
Bob: None..........."I just want them to bull rush and get their hand up if they can't get there".

I’m not sure with how the guy does it. I’m pretty on the fence with all this. I mean there’s something about going 13-0 with a team. There’s also something about you not being the coach there anymore. Transparency is the key I guess.

The guy just had a kid and probably hasn’t been home or spent more than a few nights with his now family in over a month I’m guessing.

Props to his wife and props to him for his dedication. But man, can’t be easy being away from your newborn child like that. Let’s all hope it pays off in the end

On another note, listening to the radio tonight and heard a columnist praising how Frost brought all his staff with him and how loyalty was a good thing. I laughed because we criticized Bo for his loyalty. Then praised Riley for his willingness to get rid of staff he’d been with for years. Yet neither of them worked out.

Not even a big deal. But just funny to see how perspectives change so quickly

Breaking news scrolling across the screen as we speak

Knowing that Frost is our coach is like waking up to this every day:

Not in a million years did a scenario play out in your head that it would happen, but it's real, and it's actually happening.

Congrats on the Frost hire. Slam dunk and should give Nebraska a bright future again. That being said, what is yours guys' realistic expectations for his first season at the helm? The 2018 B1G schedule is brutal. I feel like eight wins would be a miracle . Bowl eligible would be satisfactory for this first season. Am I underestimating the talent left on Nebraska? Was it all coaching?

It won't be like Urbs 1st year, that's a given. With yet another complete system restructure, 2 wins wouldn't surprise me.

Nebraska has talent, it's just not deep and seems to have been underdeveloped. Getting guys to believe in the system and understand their individual roles on a given play would go a long way to getting back to bowl eligible.
