Alex Len has been playing well lately, but Plumlee has been awful. Adds some much needed depth in the front court.

Got him for a future first that will 100 percent turn into a 2nd round pick unless Minnesota makes the playoffs in the next two years. Good deal

Yeah I always thought that Plumlee was bad since his Duke days.

Wright was having a good year in Dallas before being traded.

Solid move

Hate this move...as a Warriors fan. Wright is a nice addition and should help bolster their interior defense and front court depth.

Phoenix needed interior defense and they got it. That first rounder (Minnesota) is top-12 protected these next two years, then, in all likelihood, turns into a couple second rounders. Good deal for Phoenix. After all is said and done, Danny boy didn't get much for Rondo.

I agree in general Rule. That said, he is getting most deals right, and, quietly those trade exceptions are just getting huge. Those round 2's are going to be top 40. Right about where you picked up Kelly and Clarkson that seem to have potential....maybe?

You can definitely get 2nd round steals. It just seems Boston got very little for Rondo in the end.

Wright is a restricted FA this summer too, so we have Bird Rights on him. Nice.

A good trade. We needed a PF who can rebound & defend. As has already been said, this is basically two 2nd round picks for a good role player.

He's more of a center than a PF with his skill set. Especially for us. Good shot-blocker and defender... and he runs the floor very well for a 4/5. Him and Len are two of the top 5 shot blockers in the league per36 mins.

He will end up taking most (if not all) of Plumlee's PT.

I seem him playing more as a PF with the suns. Too often when Markieff goes to the bench, were are stuck with playing Marcus & Tucker at PF while he rests. This is where I see Wright getting most of his minutes.
