he,s done nothing to prove he,s head coach worthy.sounding like a hc and becoming one are different.

He simply isn't playing this weekend to avoid injury. Can't say I blame him. Allen is going no where with this new regime. You build around guys like Allen, Payne, McClaurin etc. They are under contract and need to mentor what will be the youngest team in the NFL after April's draft hopefully.

I said it was a mistake for TMac and Allen to resign here. It was a bad decision for them from a career standpoint. You got to give to Rivera for sweet talking some of these players in to playing for him.

Just can't agree that Terry or Jon signing here was a bad deal @ $20 million plus. There are better DTs and WRs than both .... not by a lot but there are better players at each position.

That's another conversation to debate. I'm just saying he went from sounding rehearsed, unsure and hesitant, to confident and competent. This was a good experience for him at our expense unfortunately. You never know if he's working next year in this capacity so best wishes for him
