Any given Sunday man, any given Sunday. Getting homefield is definitely a HUGE advantage, but you never know what's going to happen in these games, especially with talented teams. We've seen infamous calls, lucky plays, and whatever else decide playoff games and you never know whose way the ball will bounce

I'm sure all the teams in the playoff "fear" the Seahawks...kind of like a 14 year old fears his 8 year old little brother...

I'm sure all of the teams in the playoffs fear every other team in it. Every game is a win or done and every team in the NFL is capable of pulling upsets.

Little tween girls posting on here out themselves when they go out of their way to trash seattle teams/fans. we've won nothing, ever. How small do you have to be to get your jollies of slamming a team and fanbase that have never had anything to celebrate?

Continue, gurls.

Pack with Rodgers isn't going to make it past SF's defense. Not only is SF going to win that game, but it's going to be a bloodbath. GB has no defense and that's going to kill them in their one and only playoff game this season. Book it.

Im just glad this game is in GB. If it was in SF I would probably be leaning towards your train of thought. With Rodgers behind center anything can happen.

I see some of the same Packer fans that have been saying things like, "no team wants to play the Pack with a healthy Rodgers" for weeks sure get upset when other fan bases say the same types of things.

Maybe your fanbase shouldn't be making threads telling everyone to "bow down" to them.

These are the kinds of threads that give Seahawk fans a bad reputation. Sorry, but there's nothing worth celebrating just yet. NFC West crown and #1 seed is a worthy achievement but that's something to toast with on our own board or with fellow Seahawk fans

Wait til we actually host the Lombardi trophy before starting a thread like this...

Trust me, We'd much rather see GB win than SF. Every fan in this region will be on the bandwagon. I just don't see any real chance of winning with that defense they have. I really hope I'm wrong though.

Congrats and all. But starting a thread with "Bow Down" ?

I mean maybe a little humility but I'm sure your all excited, Congrats again.

And you leave out the 2-2 of the last 4 and an 11 year old doing a rendition of "We are the champion"? It's tongue in cheek. One teams going to win it and everyone else is going to be disappointed. We just made things a little easier for ourselves.

I'm starting to think this is the most humorless board on the internet.

Naw, just a lot of folks looking for a reason to start shit. Can't say it's any worse here than any other heavily populated board around the net. If you know of another site with this much traffic that has a much better sense of humor please PM me that url!

If New Orleans doesn't win the superbowl, this season was meaningless

Was I supposed to get offended by this? All 12 teams have 1 goal which is to win the superbowl and their season will be an failure if they don't win it

Failing at a goal doesn't equal failing at the season. Every team has that SB goal when they open camp every year, but there are different levels of success. Teams like Atlanta that didn't get in at all or the train wreck in washington are different than say SF getting to the NFC championship game as a WC and losing on a late play by the other team.

No fan will be happy watching their team lose out of the playoffs, but unless you think your team is going to have some bad off season and your team isn't going to be as good as this year I'm not sure you call it all for nothing. At least most don't look at it that way. This is just what those looking to stir the pot say.

You all are sleeping on GB man, ESPECIALLY if the elements get going at Lambeau. The result wouldn't suprise me either way. I don't know the weather report, but if gets nasty, that WOULD call for the run more which helps SF, but it would keep Kaep in the pocket as well. That is going to be a GOOD game

Seattle fans haven't ever won anything. Winning regular season NFC #1 seed is an accomplishment to the program.
