All technicalities, and every Giants fan knows it.
However, I agree that the only reason the writers keep him out is because they didnt like him. I think this does cement his spot in the hall, but I am not sure when that will happen.
Clemens has always received a slightly higher vote total up to this point (I have no idea why -- you either vote for both, or NOT vote for both. I cannot accept any excuse to vote for one over the other). Will this change that?
