4th and final game between these two teams. They're pretty evenly as far as stats go. Tampa does seem to have a slight advantage when it comes to PP's and penalty kills.

I'd say Tampa's advantage on the PP is a little more than slight. PP goals have really been the Bolt's lifeline this year. Without them, they might be struggling for a playoff spot right now. Tampa is going to have to start proving they can be dangerous in the playoffs, because right now they look really soft and not much of a threat.
