Unless one of the western partners is NEvada.

SDSU has been talking to the BE already but I don't know if they want to split of their BB and find another place for it.

SDSU would be a pretty good add, they play in a huge stadium, their program can be really good, their season took a dump this year because their quarterback decided to suck this year.
