What speaks volumes to me is that the authorities were called, and in any death they have an on-site investigation, then JB was released, after being tested for drugs/alcohol and finding zero in his system

i did that my first real bad accident. so disorientate the first time the airbag hits you. i was doing 45 and someone came right out in front of me.

It’s a sad occurrence, but given the current information, I don’t blame it on JB. People shouldn’t be walking on the highway. The local news just had a story about not getting out of your car after a wreck on the highway. You should stay in your car until help arrives, if it is safe to do so.

Exactly!!! I understand that this road was a interstate highway. no way would anyone be expecting a human to be there at that time.
