I agree, buuuut (here it comes) he looked so average last night.

I watched him very closely on every shot and his reaction time was pretty damn bad.

No, they didn't go in, but he sure as hell was beat on each of them.

haha ok, i'll buy that. your post actually reminds me of the ovechkin shot in which he absolutely did not see the puck come off the stick. easy one to remember, ovechkin was pretty much laying down when he shot it. he stood still as it grazed his shoulder then off the post. maybe he has ADD haha.

First off, I'll take any goalie that pulls a page from Roy's book. I heard he actually used to clean the goals himself so the post would lend him a hand when he wasn't in perfect position.

Secondly, from watching Bob play I have to say I'm very happy with him thus far. He came directly from Russia which despite what everyone wants to say is more on par with juniors then the NHL(not saying there aren't some phenominal players and teams there, but the overall league depth is not present currently). He's stepping into the most competitive league in the world and basically having to relearn how the game is being played. Jeff Reese has this kid on the right track and he could turn into something very special sooner then later.

That being said he has to stop playing the puck behind the net, that shit is scray.
