Not happy with attempts by our shooters today. My main question is if goalie coach Reese is teaching Boosh and BOB to use the poke check on every shooter? Every time they miss and then have no shot at stopping the puck.

so your callin me a jackass. the guy that doesnt blame every loss (whether if its in a shootout or not) on a 22 year old, instead of the 18 other players on the ice that refuse to play 60 minutes in front of him. it doesnt matter that all but nodl have 2+ years in the nhl than bob, we blame him for giving up shootout goals to a team that wins 75%of their shootouts. it be one thing if it was 3-2 in the shootout sots but it was 2-0.

exactly, bob wasn't unbelievable in the shootout but he didn't cost them the game. they had 60 min to score more than 2 goals on a team that they were faster and stronger than

We shouldn't have been in overtime anyway. I realize that we should have and could have scored goals and had it wrapped up in 60. Now think about the playoffs. Teams aren't getting any easier. When we can't score, time for the goalies, not just Bob, to step up. Niether Bob nor Boucher has done anything to impress me lately.

I disagree. Richards has done absolutely nothing for 2 months; Versteeg has been actively sabotaging this team since he got here. I'd rather play 5-on-4 with Richards out there than 6-on-4 with Versteeg out there.

That's right. We're dreadful in shootouts, but that is how it has been since the fucking shootout was invented...lol There are obviously no shootouts in the playoffs and believe it or not, shootouts have yet to keep us from getting into the playoffs. I think it is much more of a concern that we have a losing record in the overtime period. We should be a team that is even better while playing four on four.
