Well we reached our season averages of 100 points per game scored and giving up 110. Teams know there is no paint defense or any defense to speak of and these Lakers have basically given up. Right now, they are all playing to meet the parameters of their individual contracts and that is it. Anything else, go fish will be the response or maybe something more rude when the cameras are off.

We all knew this year would be a wash but we all were excited to see this team compete and fight every night to the final bell no matter who is the opponent. Now that has been trashed and these Lakers are done with any hint of fighting and being competitive and that is the classical definition of a team that is done listening to the coach or in our case have indeed tanked this season. Now they reached embarrassment level. Welcome to the new Lakers!

I knew we'd be bad this season but not THIS bad. A 16-31 record is just pathetic.

I'm all for team tank but i'm worried about the future as long as D'Antoni as at the helm. Let him lead us to Joel Embiid and then give him the boot.

i know TF12 is a proponent of giving D'Antoni a chance considering the injuries and all, but i'm leaning your way there, bro. i don't think D'Antoni's the right fit going forward...

I think last night was more fatigue than lack of effort. This team has been so depleted by injuries for so long that games like last night are inevitable. You simply can't be competitive in the NBA suiting up 9 players a game and bringing guys up from the D-League.

That's why, when games like last night happen, I just laugh at how ridiculous it has gotten with these injuries.

That may be true if the guys we had on the floor were all as old as Pau. But Kelly and Marshall are 22, Harris is 24, Hill and Meeks are 26 and Young is 28! Plus the team just had a two day break. Giving up 110 to the bobcats at home is inexcusable.

I agree & its almost every night that they give up over a 110+ points a game, like Luke Walton said no way you're going to win games giving up this many points every night. No Excuse for this, Luke & Worthy dont' even know what to say any more about this team, it's pathetic!
