Real man would work with the guy, and not step all over him in front of the team. That's called leadership.

I have to agree w/ you on this one. LeBron should have went about thing much differently. Blatt is/was in a no-win situation as Cavs HC the moment LeBron returned. Blatt's NBA resume is as empty as the Cleveland Browns SB trophy case. It's gotta be tough for Blatt to gain the respect of many (or maybe all) of the players on the Cavs roster having zero NBA experience in any way. Being a great HC over seas simply doesn't count in the NBA.

While there are legitimate questions about how LeBron handled that relationship.... I think it should be pointed out how well Blatt appears to have handled it.
