I have been at the Blackhawks convention all weekend and it made me wonder if any other teams did anything similar. Its a great event with player panels, autographs, and games.

The Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival is a genuine family affair that involves the participation of the Flyers' players, management, and staff.

I recently saw on the Sun Sports channel the Lightning had a Bolts Blast, or something along those lines...

The Flames don't have a convention per se, but at least a couple of times during the year, they have a Q and A session with Flames president Ken King. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it's restricted to season ticket holders only.

Pretty sure this is what the Pens do. Although they have open skates quite often in the preseason. Like Player Development Camp was open for their scrimmage (for free) this week, and scrimmages are free in pre-season too. And they've done a sort of Town Hall thing before the season. That's about it though. Sort of surprised they don't. I like the carnival idea, I know the B's do that too.

Kings do this a couple of times a year "Breakfast with the GM" and at Hockey Fest. Meet the Kings for season ticket holders and tip a King for everyone.
The last two are autograph events.

Hockey Fest one is more of a convention. They have panels that talk about fighting in the game or how to scout players or just some alumni talking about the good old days. There are autograph lines for all sorts of people as well as vendors selling stuff. EA usually debuts its new NHL game and a couple of players pick on a couple of kids and don't let the little guys win. All the profits go to 9-11 charities.
