Well its offseason time and the Bills have a number of spots that need to be filled or upgraded. What moves players should the Bills target in the draft and free agency?

I think it is clear that the O line and WR are the main areas that need significant upgrades, TE is another area that could do with an upgrade and a DT to replace Kyle Williams along with a CB opposite Tre White.

Any other areas of need? who do you figure the Bills should target?

Well, they signed C Spencer Long to a 3 year deal. Are they letting Groy go as a FA, or moving him to G?

I'll just be pumped to see Jordan Mills in a new uniform. And Jon Miller. And Charles Clay.

We need some sacks help more than a Kyle replacement, imo. We already have Harrison, and Shaq looks like the beast we were supposed to get.

TKO looks like its started, Clay got released today so definite need at TE now. Whats your thoughts on possible replacements? Free agent or draft?

I would take a flier on Tyler Eifert and draft a TE I think this is a deep draft to grab someone of real quality.

What's Eifert's contract status? I would absolutely take a chance on him. Kroft too... I think Kroft is a FA.

Drafting a TE? Meh. Not for me, but not opposed if the right one falls.

I don't see how Groy sticks around. A pretty good back up crew, (Boettger, Bodine, Sirles, McDermott). If Boettger can challenge to start at RG, maybe Groy stays.
Depends what the draft brings maybe?

Eifert is a free agent he was on a one year deal last year and got hurt (again). I would take the chance on him and draft one as a safety net due to the depth at the position.

Having a look at free agent class across the board there are some interesting names out there, I think some good options out there to fill some needs.

Been hearing more and more about the Bills trading Jerry Hughes, while I don't think it is good move short term, it could be a thought to get some value back for him. He was consistent last year and was one of the highest rated DE in football last year so could be useful for a contender.

Could also be time to trade Shady I don't believe a 2nd round pick will be on offer like was rumoured at the trade deadline but again something in return for him could be wise.

Why sign someone basically guaranteed to have limited availability? The guy is ALWAYS hurt.

We should trade down first pick up another 1 next year than if AB is still avail trade the lower 1 to the Steelers for AB. I like Effert and I would sign him to an incentive laden deal. Problem with that is someone will look at his past production and give him money on that. I think our number 1 need is OLine they need to draft it early and often. Also resign the guy they got from Miami. I hear McCoy from TB might be avail if he can be had for a mid round pick do it and take the big contract we have the cap for it.

We need to address the offensive line first and foremost

Hopefully we can grab a receiver or two as well

Bills may be on the verge of trading for Mr Big Chest? Reports aren't solid just yet, and no mention of what would be involved in the trade...

Thank God they didn't trade for AB.

Too much differing info regarding Bills recently.

Jeremiah - Bills finalising deal for AB Schefter - deal was dead.on Wednesday

Multiple sources - Bills trying to trade for Frank Clark - then Bills have not and will not try.

Two names consistently linked all off-season have been Matt Paradis and Jesse James.

Would be good additions and fill some needs, there is not long to go until F/A starts so hopefully Beanie makes some good moves.

Interested in Saffold. Would have to be a big offer though.

Apparently the deal was killed by AB's refusal to go to Buffalo. F him.

Bills have agreed with
arguably the top C on the market Mitch Morse - great/needed move.
former 1st round pick CB Kevin Johnson - good depth option
Frank Gore - meh pointless

Tyler Kroft TE - not inspiring but has had a 7 TD season so could pan out

Gore isn't pointless. He's possibly the best locker room head we could have added.

Interesting contract. Paid in full for this season, but basically the balance of his contract (other than signing bonus) is dependent on staying healthy.
