Signed this morning. He was cut by Houston a few weeks back, so he MAY have to go to Fresno for a game to two to work out some cob-webs...

I miss Bill Hall. I was at a couple of Brewer games where he smashed the game winner into the glass behind center field.

He was actually cut last weekend, so he can probably join the club right away. I suspect that Freddy gets put on the DL immediately so no other move is needed. When Panda comes back, that sends Connor back to Fresno.

Hall has only played 2B for Houston this year, with a F% of .975. Not HORRIBLE. Last year he played the super-sub for Boston.

IF he "finds it", this could be a HUGE sign. If he doesn't, cost the Gs about 300K.

I like the signing.

I hope he does find it. But it would be bad news for a lot of NL teams. When he gets on, he does a lot of damage.

Good low risk move, if he only hits .230ish with little power then he'll only be a stop gap until Fontenot returns.
