I'm calling you out.

You participated in Pickem's, lost, and now owe a debt to your fellow players.

You have been outwardly nudged, hinted at, and even assisted in changing your avatar in the Pickem's results thread, but have opted to ignore it. You initially played ignorant, then went so far as changing your avatar to your personal liking as opposed to the avatar selected for you. Akin to 'thumbing your nose' at the winner HuskerinBig10 and the other participants.

Your actions relate to sitting at a poker table without anteing up, expecting to be dealt cards, not calling bets yet holding your cards, losing, and walking away having lost nothing. You show up the next night expecting to play poker for free again. You are undermining the integrity of the game.

I understand this is your first year at SportsHoopla playing Pickem's.
Last year and years past the game stated "If you have no Honor... Don't Participate". See post #2 of the link below. Somehow that got dropped from this years Pickem's, but it doesn't matter. The rules are clearly spelled out.

The rules clearly state..
"After one of us list the winner, the winner will be able to choose an avatar of their choice for the person with the worst record for the week. The loser has to use this avatar for a week after the winner has been announced. In case of a tie, tiebreakers will be used to determine the loser."

From that post forward in the thread it has been some kind of a game with you. In post #20 and #21 you admitted that you changed your avatar to the slinky joke, so we know you know how to do it.

i participate in them when i can. if you notice my posting has gone down as a whole since ive gotten in to college, im a busy guy now...i post and participate in pick ems when i have the time, im not intentionally choosing not to

No I would, I just don't think it's that big of a deal that this guy won't. If he doesn't do it, just don't count his pick ems if he submits them, but I don't see a need to create a long post about it.

That being said I don't want this to turn in to another argument between me and you, I'm just simply sharing my opinion on this, I don't want it to escelate at all, so ill duck out of this thread now.

My post was because 472 is avoiding the applicable thread.
My post was because HuskerinBig10 wasted his time and efforts getting an avatar put up there.
My post was because I wasted my time and effort with a step-by-step post trying to help 472 get the selected avatar up.
My post was for fellow players who are playing a game for fun that has something at stake.
My post was intended to eliminate any further evasion or excuses by 472 for not playing by the rules.

I 100% agree that if he doesn't get the avatar up, his entry no longer be counted. I'll go a step further and say if he doesn't get it up by tomorrow night, his entry be deleted.

Hell yeah. The more the merrier. You'll fall under the same rules as anybody else.

You just won't be in the end of year tally because I think you have to play every week for that.
