I think the guy who will have the most impact will do so without a lot of notice. And that is Culliver. I see him having great games where the other team simply throws away from him so it's hard to notice but it will have a big impact.

I'm going to make a prediction in the opposite direction. Kerrigan will be a weak spot this year and there will be much debate as to what to do with him. Well before the season even starts, I'm stating flatly that he should never be in pass coverage. The guy is at his best with his hand in the dirt going forward. Because this team will show improvement at other spots along the line because of personnel changes, other weaknesses will surface. Kerrigan in coverage will one of them. Write it down, book mark it or take note, you heard it from me first.

One of the weak spots? I'll take that bet. He may not have the year he did last year, but, barring injury, I see no way he could ever be considered a weak spot. He is just too good an athlete and too committed to his craft.

First it's not a bet it's a prediction.

Isn't it good to still see London Fletcher out there performing?! Oh wait, things change from season to season and anything done in the previous year (s) has no bearing on the one coming in. It is so intriguing to note how this team is viewed by others. Kerrigan is a very nice player, as you've stated, dedicated to his craft. That said, other teams, will, as they commonly do look for weaknesses in opposition players game. So let me ask you, if you were going to test Kerrigan, which facet of his game would you deem right now to be his weakest?

his pass coverage as a weakness isnt exactly a new issue . and teams have had 3 years to attack it . now they do , do it however how would that make him a weak spot on defense ? demarcus ware couldnt cover either

Good question and here's the answer, we all believe that the team has been strengthened with new additions, if true then opposing teams will identify, test and retest perceived weaknesses. Prior to this year there were so many ways to attack our defensive front seven, that a more determined effort to go after his particular weakness wasn't necessary. With strengths where there once was weakness, this might be the time to put forth a concerted effort that finds him covering more.

BTW: I clearly wrote that he would be a weak spot because.......................
