This league is going to be a nail biter. As Logical mentioned everybody but one is in the running. We need to defeat the Outsider however, can't have a non Seahawk fan win this thing.

Looking forward to logical undate.

Week 8 Power Rankings

7 teams with a winning record! 3 way tie for the divisional title in the Hawks Nest division and 3 teams at 4-3 only 1 game behind Outsider for 1st place in the South End Zone division. And the best team could very well be at 3-4

1) Outsider (5-2, No Change)
- After back to back losses, Outsider bounced back with a strong victory over #2 ranked Porcupine Punchers. Leveon Bell continues to shoulder the load as Outsider awaits Lesean Mccoy and Larry Fitzgerald to return from fantasy hibernation.

2) Jimmy Rustlers (4-3, Previously #4)
- Already loaded with fantasy talent, Rustlers may have stumbled across a fantasy stud in Branden Oliver. The league's highest scoring team continues to claw back into the race for the divisional title. However, Outsider holds the tie breaker being 4-0 in divisional games vs Rustler's 1-3 record in the division.

3) Harold's Team (4-3, Previously #5)
- If not for an unfortunate 3 point loss in week 6, Harold could be tied with Outsider for the best record in the league. A mighty feat for a team that was ranked #9 in the week 1 power rankings. With rb being a glaring weakness to start the year; it looks like Harold may have found himself two quality starters in Bradshaw and Ellington. Bradshaw has scored double digit fantasy pts every game this season while Ellington has scored 30, 15, and 22 in his previous 3.

4) Porcupine Punchers (4-3, Previously #2)
- With a clear path to overtake 1st place, Punchers drops the ball with two straight losses. Including a crucial loss to #1 ranked Outsider where Punchers forgot to swap out Nick Foles who was on bye. Injuries can plague teams at times, but Punchers has benefited big time in gaining Shane Vereen and Ronnie Hillman as fantasy starters moving forward.

5) Bullpenn (4-3, Previously #3)
- The rb carousel continues. Next up is Dernard Robinson who just had 18 pts and solidified himself as the starter...but how dependable is an ex quarterback turned wide receiver turned running back as your starting fantasy back? Crabtree continues to disappoint this year (mediocre), but Odell Beckham looks like a legit fantasy option moving forward with Victor Cruz being out for the year. The champ will need some of his waiver wire players to continue to produce to stay alive in this highly competitive league

6) Logicallylethal (3-4, Previously #7)
- 8th in the standings, 2nd in the league in scoring. Logic has stormed back into the playoff race with a fortunate win over Harold, a favorable match up against last place Lord of Tracy, and a favorable match up this week. Relying heavily on the arm of Peyton Manning and the production from his deep wr combinations, Logic could challenge for the divisional title in these next few weeks

7) Los Pollos Shermanos (4-3, Previously #8)
- Shermanos being ranked #7 is not an indication that his team is bad. There's just so many good teams in this league that one is bound to be ranked low despite having a winning record. #3 to #7 in the power rankings are all interchangeable and very close in talent. Shermanos has the best 1-2 rb combination in Demarco Murray and Jamaal Charles. Murray has not only had 100 yards in all 7 games, but has also scored 20 + pts in each fantasy game. The epitome of consistency. Losing Victor Cruz hurts a lot though. Shermanos will have to depend on TY Hilton, Greg Jennings, Kelvin Benjamin and Anquan Boldin the rest of the way.

8) Green Hawks (4-3, Previously #6)
- Cam Newton, Alfred Morris, and Zac Stacy continue to be a disappointments in fantasy. Despite being 4-3, this team is a mess. Only bright spots on the team are Dez Bryant and Jeremy Maclin

9) UWdawgfan (3-4, No Change)
- Golden Tate has been a beast in fantasy and in real life for the Detroit Lions. 4 games over 90 yards and at least 5 rec in every game. Sammy Watkins has shown glimpses of greatness as well. Brees continues to be a fantasy producer despite the Saints losing record. Julius Thomas has a league leading 9 tds (now tied with Gates). However, inconsistency has been this team's downfall. Playoff hopes are still there up for grabs, but UWdawgfan will need to make a big run soon.

10) Lord of Tracy (0-7, No Change ever)
- Will this team ever win a game?

Crazy week. Will do a power ranking next week.

Uwdawgfan and Porcupine Punchers don't forget to set your lineups! A lot of playoff implications on the line every week

Have a safe Halloween weekend fellas. Go Hawks and go Sounders!

Tight races all around

We may have a NEW #1 team after this week if things stay the way they are. South End Zone division could have a 3 way tie with Rustlers (the new #1), Outsider, and Los Pollos Shermanos all at 6-3

Green Hawks looks like he will hold on to his divisional lead in the Hawks Nest division unless something dramatic happens in his match up against Porcupine Punchers

Harold and I are staying alive in that division if we hold on to our leads

Week 10 Power Rankings

AND we have a new #1!

1) Jimmy Rustlers (6-3, Previously #2)
- This powerhouse continues his winning ways (5 out of his past 6) despite Phillip River’s major 4 point dud. Outsider still remains 1st in the standings due to his 4-0 divisional record, but at this point Rustlers is clearly the better team (or at least is playing best)

2) Outsider (6-3, Previously #1)
- Got a heroic fantasy performance from Tom Brady but Outsider needed more than just 43 points from his 5 wrs to win. The race in the standings still belong to Outsider, but Rustlers is quickly creeping by.

3) Green Hawks (6-3, Previously #8)
- 5 players scored over 20 pts and two more with 19 and 17. Green Hawks has quietly snuck up on everyone and has now landed the #2 seed taking over the Hawks Nest division.

4) Logicallylethal (5-4, Previously #6)
- The hottest team in the league (4 game win streak) welcomes back Randall Cobb, Roddy White, and Martellus Bennett from bye as well as…oh of course Calvin Johnson. Armed with the second highest scoring team in the league, Logic looks like a legit title contender

5) Bullpenn (5-4, No Change)
- Dernard Robinson continues to prove his doubters wrong by racking up 329 yards 2 tds in his previous 3 starts. Odell Beckham Jr has emerged as a quality fantasy starter getting 20 + pts in his previous 2 games. But mainly Andrew Luck has been his offensive anchor and arguably the favorite to win fantasy mvp thus far.

6) Los Pollos Shermanos
- Gronk with two back to back monster games racking up a combined 67 pts. Demarco came back down to Earth somewhat but still had a solid game. T.Y Hilton has an astounding 937 yds so far and 16 + pts in his previous 6 games. And watch out, because Jamaal Charles (the preseason #1 back in fantasy) is starting to find his groove again

7) Harold’s Team (5-4, Previously #3)
- Ryan Tannehill balled out for 40 fantasy pts while filling in for Rodgers (on bye). Ellington continues to be a very good fantasy back. Some question marks with rotating waiver/bench players filling in starting positions has dropped Harold down to 7th in the standings

8) Porcupine Punchers (4-5, Previously #4)
- Was once #2 in the power rankings, but has quickly fallen out with 4 consecutive losses.

9) Uwdawgfan (3-6, No Change)
- This team really missed Golden Tate, Sammy Watkins, and Joique Bell while they were on bye. At 3-6 now playoff hopes are quickly diminishing

10) Lord of Tracy (0-9, No Change)
- Guess who this team has on their bench this entire time. Ben Roethlisberger! The only manager to not a start a qb who scores 67 pts and 55 pts in two record breaking performances.

#1 and #2 looks like they may fall this week.

We may have yet another new #1 for this upcoming power ranking

Hawks Nest division is heating up. If things hold up there will be three teams at 6-4 with Green Hawks leading the way at 7-3.

I'm actually kinda comforted to know that I would have lost even if I had remembered to replace the idle Shane Vereen with John Brown. Now I don't feel so bad for making that mistake.

Final Power Rankings

What a crazy turn of events these past 5 weeks. Week 10's #1 and #2 (Jimmy Rustlers and Outsider) finished the year with a Romo/Dallas Cowboys like collapse and missed out on the playoffs completely

This year's power rankings have been a bit more inconsistent with my schedule being busier, but here is the long awaited final regular season power rankings

1) Bullpenn (10-4, Previously #5)
- The defending champs finished the season like a champion should with 6 wins in a row to claim the #1 seed and the #1 spot in the final power rankings. Bullpenn has Odell Beckham Jr. to thank for his late season surge as the Giant WR has accumulated a league leading 61 rec 866 yards 6 tds since week 9

2) Los Pollos Shermanos (9-5, Previously #6)
- Once Gronk got healthy and Charles started playing like an elite fantasy rb again this team made its playoff push and didn't look back. Shermanos finished the year winning 4 in a row and 7 of 9 to win the South End Zone divisional title.

3) Logicallylethal (9-5, Previously #4)
- After a dismal start to the season (1-4), Logic was able to reel off 8 of 9 to finish the season 9-5 and the #3 seed. Getting Megatron back in week 10 was huge, but Justin Forsett's emergence as an everyday fantasy back helped anchor a depleted staff of rbs (both original starting rbs no longer on the team)

4) Green Hawks (8-6, Previously #3)
- Despite finishing the year with a 2 game losing streak and 7th overall in scoring, Green Hawks was still able to secure the final wild card spot. Outside of Maclin and Bryant, there isn't a single stand out player on this team. But somehow, like the Arizona Cardinals, this team has managed to find ways to win games.

5) Jimmy Rustlers (7-7, Previously #1)
- How the mighty have fallen. After reigning as the #1 team with a loaded roster of Antonio Brown, Emmanuel Sanders, Andre Johnson, Matt Forte, Antonio Gates, and Phillip Rivers; this team completely fell apart and missed the playoffs despite finishing 3rd overall in scoring.

6) Outsider (7-7, Previously #2)
- At one point Outsider was the last remaining undefeated team (4-0) and in the driver seat to win the South End Zone division. However from week 9 to 14 (the final 6 weeks of the season), Outsider was only able to win 1 game to finish the year.

7) Porcupine Punchers (7-7, Previously #8)
- Hot start to the year and a late surge winning 3 of 4, but the 5 game losing streak from week 6 to week 10 was too much to overcome.

8) Harold's Team (7-7, Previously #7)
- Aaron Rodgers helped keep Harold in the playoff race, but at the end of the day when you finish 8th overall in scoring it's hard to win week to week.

9) Uwdawgfan (6-8, No Change)
- Too many underperforming players ultimately killed any chance uwdawgfan had to make the playoffs.

10) Lord of Tracy (0-14, No Change)
- Winless

FML.

Get knocked out of the playoffs after losing a game where I scored 190 and then outscore every team that made the playoffs the last two weeks. Thems the breaks I guess.
