As did you. I was so mad Selection Sunday we didn't get the 1seed bid over Duke. Had it been most other teams WVU would of had it. Far better resume that year. But it happens, then we preceded to get our ass kicked by duke in FF game.

In no way, shape or form did I think we would win that game. Then Miles makes a garuntee that we win then I figured would get blown the hell out. UK was supremely more talented then WVU and they didn't make mistakes hardly all year. That's what WVU thrives off of is mistakes. Our offense for much of last year was a joke. Defense and that press saved us and got us in the tourney.

Home teams seem to be invincible.

That is likely a result of having this idiotic challenge in the middle of conference season.
It has been poorly marketed, poorly timed, and awkwardly put together at a bad timing point.

You can just see how hard it is to change gears and play a somewhat meaningless game right in the middle of the conference rhythm for road teams.

Either do it in the silly early season, or just scrap the whole thing. None of the teams seem overly excited.
It has been a poor man's version of the much better planned, marketed, and fun Big 10-ACC challenge.

I think this challenge ends within 3 years unless they can make it early and add 2 more Big 12 teams.

I thought the big 12 would be very lucky to win 7 at the.most......figured they would get 6. If sec splits that's a wn in most minds, but its the teams that are winning and losing that is really surprising people.
