I have a feeling we have a similar combo coming at you starting this year. John Burt in the Shipley role, with Buechelle in the Colt role...of course I'm biased, drunk on the cool aid and have visions, so there's that.

lol It's inevitable man. Every BIG 12 fan has loved the down years for Texas but only because I know I cant expect a win once they're back. You can only have so many great recruiting off seasons with 5-6 win seasons. The day of reckoning is coming I'm sure.

Got to see the McCoys and Shipleys play quite a bit in high school as they were in the district with us and/or played non district games. The older two were good athletes and great kids. The younger two were good athletes and...er, er....little brothers...if you get my drift.

Man. No matter how hard I tried. I couldn't dislike Colt or Shipley. Really good young men that did things right. Even Sam was pretty good friends with Colt which was weird to see.
