Better Flex Play: Rashard Mendenhall or Emmanuel Sanders?

Rashard Mendenhall plays the Rams and Emmanuel Sanders plays the Titans. Who would you start?

I wouldn't start Mendenhall unless I was forced to do it, via injury/bye week elsewhere... even against a borderline WR3.

While not quite as harsh on Mendy, I totally agree with TKO..at least until/if Mendy's knee ever heals

Depends on league scoring. I would start Mendy in mine bc... reason

RB points
20 carries = 3pts
100 yds = 3pts
TD rushing = 6pts

WR points
7 receptions = 3pts
100 yds = 3pts
TD receiving = 4pts

Would think Mendy has a better chance at a TD than Sanders & if he does, its 2 more points.

Mendy's got the higher floor - but if he isn't cleared to start by Sunday morning, go with Sanders. (Unless your league locks at the Thursday game, in which case take the prudent play with Sanders.)

I forgot to mention: my league is a PPR league. So in a PPR league, would you rather start Rashard Mendenhall against the Rams or Emmanuel Sanders against the Titans?

I think Mendy is being overlooked generally, but until I knew he was healthy I'd go with Sanders. In PPR it's a little closer, but I still would prefer Mendenhall.

I'd go Sanders - Rams crushed Zona's o-line last year in STL, and they dont look THAT much better to prevent it from happening again
