In this year's regular season it is Dallas, of course.
We now head towards the time of the year when winning a few games in a row over the next few weeks will confirm who the best team in the NFC was this year.

Dallas wins for a record consecutive week in a row. Having a really good kicker and a punter that can bring down the hammer really puts them over the top.

They've won 2 weeks in a row.

Yeah, it's Dallas this year. Gotta give props when deserved.

But here's some food for thought, given its possible that 3 teams from the NFCE might make the playoffs...

Boys have the edge with a rest week and home field... which this year has actually proven an advantage. But the NFCE is always very unpredictable.

Cowboys record vs the NFCE is 3-2 with a point differential of +11.

Cowboys record vs everyone else is 10-0 with a point differential of +118.

My point is, every week someone breaks a record on that team. Been going on longer than two weeks. You misunderstood.

That and Dallas did set a team record for most consecutive wins in a row for a season this year. So that qualifies for record consecutive wins in a row? No? :D

I'll be here. I just hope you can handle the wrath that will be coming when the Hawks outlast the Packers. I doubt you'll be able to take it, but we'll see.

There may be a second chance for the Hawks to put their wrath on the Packers in the playoffs but we will just have to see how the cards fall.

Based off how teams look going into the playoffs right now
1.) Packers: Hottest team in the NFL with 6 elimination games won in a row vs teams in the playoffs or that were fighting for the playoffs.
2.) Dal: Rested starters in Phil game and looked poor in Giants game but still took care of business and have the best O-line in the NFL.
3.) ATL: Explosive offense but a horrendous defense.
4.) G-men: Opposite of ATL with a solid defense but the worst offense in the postseason.
5.) Lions: Decent offense and decent defense.
6.) Seahawks: Terrible offense with no O-line and depleted defense that's on the decline

Atlantas horrendous defense gives up 8 yards and 1 point more per game than Green Bay. In the last 6 the numbers are roughly the same. If Atlanta has a horrendous defense so does GB, difference is one of the 2 teams has a historical great offense and the other is the Packers..... lol

Packers have already beaten the odds by winning 6 straight with a pass happy offense, bound to stumble, maybe one and done IMO.

Yeah I honestly think that the Giants are a terrible match-up for GB right now. After Atlanta the Giants probably have the best group of wide outs in the NFC. Going to be tough for the Packer secondary. They're going to need some serious playmaking from Rodgers

They are in for Murder's row at wr. ODB than Dez than Julio. If they can make it past that with their patchwork secondary I would be shocked. Julio might put up 200 again.
