Idk who is the best, but my top three best In no order are Watkins, Mack, Clowney.

Was thinking of starting a similar thread, so I'll post it here. I have a top 6. After that I think it is very muddled. This is the top 6 in the order I currently rank them. While I see these players as a step above everyone else the ranking within this 6 is a little tough for me to decide on and I kind of waver back and forth on a couple. I don't put any QBs in the top 6, but I think at least one will go before some of these guys. My top QB is Bortles and I'd probably put him at #7, but mostly because of the position.

5 - Watkins

I don't watch much College FB outside of Sec, mainly Bama. Merrill Hodge convinced me yesterday it was the LB from Bufallo....

I think most people have pretty much the same guys going in the top 10-12, just in different orders. I think the reason this draft sets up beautifully for the Cowboys, is that if you take the top 7 players or so, add in the 3 QB's projected to go high, WR Evans, TE Ebron and OT Taylor, your sitting 13 picks deep without a DT, S, or CB off the board, and only one DE. The Cowboys should have an impact starter at a need position sitting there, and possibly several guys they like, allowing them to trade down a few spots, pick up a 2nd or 3rd and still get their guy

No clue who is the best football player in this draft....many times they aren't top 10 selections.

I agree with Twist....Watkins appears to be a special talent. I watched Randy White play at Maryland and you could see his motor then. He played all out every play. I watched the Buffalo LB play Baylor and didn't see that same motor. Perhaps it was too hot that day....I don't know but intensity should count for something.

Maybe not the best but Scott Crichton is going to be a very good NFL football player, and you could do a lot worse with players that will be selected ahead of him

If donald is gone I could live with shazier or chricton. Chricton seems to be very intense and has a good motor.Shazier would be nice to have with guys like Mccoy and RG3 in the division. Shazier sort of reminds me of Darren Woodson

I think there could be a lot of busts in the top12-15 picks. Well maybe not busts exactly, but disappointment from expectations. I think Watkins is one of the more sure top picks in this draft. I believe he will be the one of the ones still being talked about 10 years from now. Agree with twist & Pday

Yeah he's a defensive backs nightmare, could you imagine him on one side and Dez on the other? Even if we were set on defense, he would be gone before we picked. Oh and could you imagine the contract he would demand after his rookie contract ended if he turns out a beast? He could be great, but defense is where we need to be.
