The criteria for "best" - esp in regards to WRs - is very subjective .. At least for me ..... Stats and WRs mean very little to me . .
That said, Emmanuel Sanders is my favorite WR right now - he is fearless and plays his heart out every play, and I'd take him over a lot of the "top" WRs in the game
Shame about Jordy Nelson
One duo that is completely unproven but whose potential I love is down in Carolina - Funchess and Kelvin Benjamin .. It'll be interesting to see how those guys develop ... I think Benjamin surprised a lot of people last season, but I've always liked him .... Funchess is a project, but has got some fire
I think AJ still has something left in the tank, so I'm going to say Andre Johnson and TY Hilton. I think TY keeps developing and takes the next step into the top 5 WRs. If AJ can stay healthy, this duo (plus their TEs and now with a running threat) could be downright scary.
Stats wise nobody is better than the Broncos duo. It seems like they always get downgraded because of Manning throwing to them but everybody else listed here has a great QB throwing to them as well. I mean I kept hearing it with the argument of whether Dez or DT were better in most commented that DT was helped a lot by having Manning. Well if I remember right Dez doesn't have a slouch for a QB either. I just don't understand why the double standard.
Anyway healthy I still give it to Detroit. Calvin hasn't been healthy for quite some time but when he is I still see him being the one guy in the league that can beat triple coverage.
