We were lucky to have some good teams in C-USA.

Mick is just like Bob was. He'll get the players regardless of conference. The bball team will be fine.

That's a hard sell to say an offense stalls when the center is changed when that center is playing as well as the other center in their responsibilities. He can only block, the rest is on everyone else.

I'd look elsewhere. Cincy Jungle had mentioned all of Leonard's runs came when Cook was at center. It is possible the playcalling is changing when the centers change.
