Why the hell would you cut one of the most dependable guys on your defense for a drug using, migraine having waste of a draft pick? Geathers is not much of a pass-rusher, but he is a rotation guy that defends the run well, stays healthy and does his job. Moch is a waste of space.

If I'm wrong, I'll be back.

SHOW ME!

I think we are giving up early but its cool.....We will see what happens... SHOW ME! :)

That dude could do the same thing in the run game that Geathers does...his speed and power will help him...geathers has not speed but he is strong.... and knows how to shed blocks..Geathers is old thouh an I like the youth... hate we are giving up on him... Some guys are not lights out right away.

HE'S A BUST!

0 TACKLES in what, 3 YEARS? Can't stay healthy? Even Krikpatrick has played more than this guy, despite being on the team a shorter amount of time!

He hasn't SHOWN anything, other than he's a big fat BUST!

Youre entitled....I tend to disagree...I see better than I hear and when on the field he has looked better than Dre and Still combined....

He hasn't BEEN on the field Jwil...that's my point.

Kirkpatrick's 40 snaps last year were more than his entire career. He's played in 1 game since being drafted in 2011.

1 game ZERO tackles.

Kirkpatrick: 5 games played 4 tackles, 4 solo.

There's no way that you've seen more out of him, unless you are seeing him in your dreams, in which case, please keep those to yourself.

Oh, and Still: 8 games played in 14 tackles, 4 solo, 10 asst, and .5 sack along with a FF.

Oh, but Moch has shown more. right.

You think he has the potential to smash a bottle over his teammates head and threaten to get a gun?

Signed by the Cards. I think he is better suited for a 3-4.

He's on a practice squad. I guess no team in the NFL thought he was worth a roster spot. That's a bit surprising to me

It's not really that surprising. The guy hasn't played at all, basically, since he's been drafted. He's got to show that he's healthy first, and then find a spot for him. He was a LB moved to DE here, and my guess is that he'll be an outside LB in the 3-4, but he'll need some time to re-adjust again.

I mean, the guy has as many tackles in a real game as I do since he's been drafted: Zero.

The way I see it, he hasn't really failed on the field yet. He was sideline by a failed drug test and injury issues. He got lost in a numbers game on a team that has the most talented young DL in recent memory.

I don't know the exact extent of the migraine issues or the PED test. Those could be prohibitive, or they could be irrelevant.

With his youth, athletic ability, and draft status I figured a team would have given him a look on waivers.

No doubt he's got some talent. That wasn't really my beef. My issue was Jwil saying he's seen more in Moch than he has in Still and Kirkpatrick combined...my point was that's not possible when you play in 1 game and make 0 tackles compared to what the other two have done, (while not much, they've both appeared in more than 1 game and have stats) both individually and combined.

I hope he gets over his migranes and does well. I think a 3-4 could be a good fit for him.
