I was thinking the same thing. I went from 42 to 50 in 5 minutes. Does Filo have some magic rep button we don't know about?

Gents, just an fyi, each time you're given rep or you give rep, the amount of reputation you receive goes up by the rep number/100 of the person who repped you or you yourself.

Example:

Tox_1 (a great guy and also a filthy, filthy beast.....it's crazy) has a rep of almost 10,000 rep power reps you, you'll jump up by 100.

If a person with 150 rep power reps you, you'll raise 1.5 in rep count.

That's how it started out when we all (the NHL Main hockey board) first got here in April 2010. You had to get 100 individual reps just to get to 1, lol. We also had to walk uphill in the snow both ways.....
