Do these stupid assholes who repeatedly keep getting popped for puffin at a stop light think they won't get caught? Maybe they've developed "weed nose" and don't really smell it anymore, but I promise someone who doesn't smoke (like most cops) will smell it for a long fucking ways. Maybe there's a rumor going around the NFL that smoking in the car is legal in whatever state they're in, I don't fucking know. But I do know it's goddamn ridiculous that people keep getting arrested smoking in their cars while driving places.
