Wasn't it you who said Parkey would never play in the NFL again? Yeah i wouldn't be bringing up Parkey if i was you.
You should find a Carolina Panthers forum and tell them to sign Parkey. “They’ve got nothing to lose.”

Well obviously I'm kidding there, Mr. Sensitive. Want a tissue? What is no joke tho is how much you defended him, even tho the entire football world knew and still knows he blows. BTW, how's your boy doing this season (snicker snicker)

You suck at reading.

Dude was ballin' last nite.

Kind of frustrating they couldn't figure something out with this kid. Dude needs to get a fucking agent. Can't help but feel he'd still be in Chicago if he had one.

Imagine if we re-signed him this offseason for a reasonable contract more in line with market? Ryan Poles would be able to flop his dong out in Grant Park for the rest of time.

I only brought up this older thread based on a little tidbit found in a Sun Times article:

Did you know? Undrafted rookie linebacker Jack Sanborn has more tackles in his first four starts for the Bears (43) than Smith had in his last four starts for the Bears (37). In fact, after his 14 tackles against the Jets, Sanborn’s average of 10.8 tackles per game is better than Smith’s season average of 10.4, when he was leading the NFL in tackles.

A horrible season for us Bears fans no doubt, but at least there's some positive takeaway here.

Tackles aren’t the greatest way to grade a linebacker or any defender. I like the energy Sanborn brings though.

Agreed, but I trust it's agreed that the kid is demonstrating he knows how to hang around the ball, not to mention he's making the tackles. He could be missing a bunch, but we rarely hear about that.

Unlike Eddie Jackson he actually puts two hands around a guy when tackling him.

I love his energy. Whatever he lacks in size and athletic ability he's making up for with instinct and just having a motor and drive to make plays.
