Who is he and is he any good?

I have alshon jeffery on my fantasy team and am having trouble figuring out whether or not he will be dramatically hurt by a backup QB throwing to him instead of Cutler.

Josh McCown. He looked good against Washington and was solid against Green Bay in his last start (was that in 2011?). Don't expect a huge game, but he's definitely passable.
