Where there is smoke, there is a fire. Whether he has been convicted or not of anything, it really doesn't matter. The guy puts himself in these situations. You can't keep getting the benefit of the doubt when you constantly are the subject of ongoing investigations.

why would he claim to be a changed man if he didn't do anything wrong? why would the 49ers cut him when they stuck with the headcase that is aldon smith? it is blatantly obvious he has done wrong
