Bears get their guy

This is the first time in most Bears fans lives that they have had the following 3 things all at the same time:
1. A young, competent GM who appears to actually have the sole personnel power.
2. A young, offensive minded head coach
3. A potential franchise QB.

I believe this has the potential to be very good for the Bears.

Now they need a complete make-over in the WR and TE corps. Shaheen is OK, the rest needs upgrading (including White) IMO.

They hired a former Oregon HC to be their OC.

Not sure how good Nagy will be as a HC....it's always a crap shoot when hiring an OC to be the HC.
