The biggest area of need is on defense. Thomas has been great but the Bruins give up a lot of shots.

Our play along the boards is horrendous... So many bad turnovers in our own zone. I haven't really seen any Isles games, but they def put up a fight. The fans there def deserve a better team... You think the rebuild is really making any legit progress?

It's hard to say. Bailey hasn't been the player many thought he would be but he was rushed into the league. The talent is their & he's only 21. JT is just fine thank you. My biggest fear with him is an offer sheet after next season.

The defense is without 3 of it's top 6 for the year. Poulin is now considered the SAVIOUR by many fans. The kid is 20 & the team would prefer he play in Bridgeport this season. After all it's his 1st year as a pro.

Nino has 20 goals in 32 games for Portland in the WHL.

The Islanders need help everywhere but more than anything they need a new arena.

I havent paid much attention to politics in NHL lately... how is that looking? as far as a new arena. The proposed plan when I was last at nassau was ridiculous.
