An overall solid team performance. Not to make excuses for our guys, but Cal gave us their best shot. They made some SPECTACULAR plays too to keep drives alive and score. Cal has a lot to look forward to with Dykes as Head Coach.
Also I can't be too disappointed with the result, I have been watching the Pac-12's "The Drive" and I feel pretty bad for those guys. They've been blown out pretty much all season. Hopefully this game is a confidence booster and they kick ass the rest of the year. Anyways, I am proud of our Wildcats for putting the Bear in Beardown. Let's keep it rolling to next week fellas!


In other news, Arizona basketball is taking on St Marys today in a private scrimmage. Ill be hawking the sports pages to hear how everything goes.

Yeah, seems like they played D like they did against OSU! They did a good job containing Carey, but he still got free. Can't fault the Cal defense for that, kid's a beast!

When is that closed scrimmage, is that tonight, or tomorrow?????

We are set up to go 7-2 in a very tough Pac 12. Next week is homecoming vs a not so good WSU squad. I think this will be the most hyped up Territorial Cup in recent memory.

Honestly, with how bad Denker looked passing the ball against NAU, UNLV, UTSA, and UW, I think he's come a very long way. I would have just been stoked with a 7 win season. Hopefully we can somehow steal 2 out of the remaining 4, and/or get a bowl victory.

Is USC bowl eligible this year? I can't even remember. Their program is so dirty I lose track of the violations, sanctions, etc.

Territorial Cup with a Rose Bowl shot on the line would be amazing. ASU could lose 2 of their next 3. AZ has to beat UCLA for this to even be plausible though (they won't beat Oregon).

I don't think they are, because they aren't indicated as being bowl eligible, even with 6 wins. Not completely sure though
