why should they? The B1G is very weak this year and Nebraska lost to UCLA and got taken to the woodshed vs Ohio State. 12th seems about right. You're a 2 loss team, not a 1 loss team. What would be considered Nebraska's quality win this year? I know you can be impressed with multiple come from behind victories, but does Nebraska have a win against a current ranked opponent?
If you win out you'll end up in the top 10, which I see has being very generous.

And I agree Nebraska needs to play their way into the Top 10. With a win this Saturday in the B1G CCG (and a little help from TCU and UCLA) they could eek their way in. If they win the CCG and Stanford wins the PAC then the Huskers control their own destiny into the Top 10.
