Over 2,000. I say that Bateman looked fairly decent today. Coker is not on Campus, but even then he has to develop a chemistry with his WRs. That takes time. Coker is still at FSU finishing his schooling. He will only have the Fall camp to learn the playbook and develop a chemistry. I think he can do it, but to what extent is left to be seen considering the OL changes that Bama has.

I'm worried about the OL yet again this year. They didn't change my mind at all today. I love A Day because I get to watch individual people play and see how good they are at times, but I hate it because it's so damn hard to really evaluate the team as a whole.

Is it good defense or shitty offense? Seen a good amount of drop balls that were bad offense, and some bad throws that were bad offense, and a fumble is bad offense etc. But was the OL getting beat because the DL is that great, or is the OL just horrible?

I do believe we will be running the ball much more often this year, which I do like. The OL did do some things I liked to see in the run D, especially some pulls and blocks on the 2nd level. Which is great because to me that is Alabama football.

Going to be a huge ? at the start of the year. I hope we slide to about 9 or 10 in the preseason polls even though I know it won't happen.

Bama fans - be very careful of expecting someone to come in from elsewhere and just magically be your QB. Coker may be the most talented guy you have.....but that doesn't mean he's going to be any better on gameday than anyone you already have. For all your recruiting wins, why don't you have a QB already on the roster ready to step up?

You guys can't possibly be in any worse shape at QB than my Longhorns are. We have an injury prone starter, a backup thats no where NEAR ready, and most likely the best player at the position being a freshman thats probably going to be redshirted. We have ZERO depth, and we're openly campaigning for Max Wittek, who I strongly suspect SUCKS big time.

I think you guys would be better of developing the QBs you have instead of expecting another team's castoff to be a saviour, but that's just my 2 cents.

We've had decent QB's recruited, but they don't have experience and they weren't really elite QB's. It's hard to get elite QB's when you already have a QB who is firmly in place for a few years like we had with AJ. QB's that lose the battle then leave.

We have a true freshman coming in this year who is supposed to be a big stud. But you know, that's not going to work right away and he will obviously red shirt his first year and maybe even sit out a 2nd.

I don't think it's so much that we are wanting Coker to come in and do it, as it is we are all scared shitless at the idea of Sims being our starter. I'd love for one of the guys on the roster to step up and take the starting job, because it means they are better than Coker. It's just not expected really, as was shown in today's A game.

Maybe it will be a year when we are actually back to the game manager label everyone throws on our QB. Fine by me with the RB's we have right now.

I think a lot of our QB troubles yesterday was because our O-Line didnt give them enough time to operate. Also I was really impressed with DJ Pettway I think he could be one of the best pass rushers in the country
