That's actually a pretty good idea. Marvin wouldn't be horrible at judging talent. I'd go with Zimmer as HC, though, Gruden hasn't proved much to me except that he is a nice upgrade over Bratkowski...but then again so is a 12 year old with a copy of Madden.
