The season series is extremely meaningless in this series since their last meeting was in early May but for those who care, Tigers won 5 of the 6 games

I have to favor the Tigers due to their big guns but Price post season numbers would be a concern for me

Scherzer, JV & Price would be my guess. I like their chances.

Not sure if its a prediction, but I want it to be JV, Price, Max.

Sanchez in the bullpen. Only to start innings off, no coming in with runners on. And Ricky available to come in and get ground ball DPs.

Id also like Joe Nathan to not suck balls.

My guess for the O's will be Tillman, Gonzalez and Chen with Norris as the 4th starter. I think that Gausman will be used out of the pen.

All three hit over .350 in September. Miggy hit over .400 and was AL Player of the Month. V-mart was Player of the Month in August. The big guns are definitely coming in on a roll.

The key for the Tigers is getting some early runs and the starters going at least 7. That neutralizes the Orioles' superior bullpen somewhat.

Yeah, outside of Gene Lamont, the Tiger coaching staff as a whole is pretty green.

But the Tiger players have a boatload more playoff experience than the Oriole players. That is as much a factor as the managers, IMO.

Good to see Rajai Davis is healthy enough to start Game 1. He adds another dimension with his speed, as do Romine and Kinsler to a lesser extent. That's something the Tigers sorely lacked the last few postseasons.
