Ugh... Damn Chip, sorry to hear that.

Injections are wild. They sit you on the side of the table, lean you forward where you are off balance against a nurses/doctors chest, then they hit 3-4 spots with a pretty nice sized needle. No...it doesn't hurt all that much, but the way they do it puts a person off a bit.

Expect to bleed, so wear the old drawers.. haha

Have to do something. The steroid worked real well. Slowly pain coming back. Still on Celebrex and Ultram. Neither is doing squat!!!!!!!!!!!!! For you younger guys, don't get old!!!!!

i'm ok w/ it.. though to be honest, i bet against teams like the pens, the couturier line will be 2nd in TOI.. talbot.couturier.rinaldo is gunna be the shutdown line.. me likey, hopefully rinaldo continues to work his ass off to be a part of that line.. i've really liked his work ethic lately (not that others are slacking, or that he was prior, just feel that he's even picked that up).. his back checking has been superb.. i remember a few times where he's hauled ass back to tie up forwards trying to score.. taken a few penalties in doing so, but has denied almost certain goals when he has taken them

Who is the odd man out, Rinaldo or Wellwood? I mean Wellwood is so damn fast, but Rinaldo is just a big hitter that could be pretty valuable against tougher teams. I gotta give the edge to Wellwood, but still it is very tough.

i think it'll depend on the team, and the nightly goings on.. i figure against the rags, devils, bruins, or pens rinaldo would play for sure.. against florida, washington, or winnipeg i figure wellwood would play.. ottawa probably a tossup, i'd go with rinaldo though i think

I really like Wellwood, but Rinaldo at times is needed. Tough call.

No way the cats get that lucky again wow. Love what wellwood did tonight although he missed a few real good chances. Can't be upset with the effort.

As for backs I had some real bad lower and neck pain before xmas. Went to a nucca doc and I'm 100% in a few months. They just adjust your head on your neck and tell your brain to keep your spine straight. I was 21 degrees out! Def worth trying and nothing painful plus no cracking. Have to do physio to strengthen weak areas.

Haha ya nucca sounds like rub and tug that only works for a bit. ; ) its more of a physio chiropractic mix. Just google it and see for yourself but I know quite a few peeps who had similar probs and are now pain free. The cost isn't bad either.
