"Our client has asked for discretion about this opportunity, as "seat-filling" is behind-the-scenes aspect of this event production.

On the day of the event event, we will designate a parking garage and validate your parking. Seat fillers will be assigned seats inside or near the event close to the event start time. We expect fillers will need to be checked in around 6:30pm on Saturday. The event itself begins shortly after 8pm, and we expect it to conclude close to midnight. You will receive payment at the end of the evening upon turning in the paperwork given to you at the beginning of the evening."

It's funny I'm watching the 2011 CCG and the way the stadium is lit, you can't see the upper decks where there would presumably be empty seats.

I wonder if that's always been how the stadium is lit, never paid attention, but it wouldn't surprise me if that was by design.

There was only one section that didn't sell out and it was a lower section that was part of some VIP package that nobody wanted. The entire allotment for both schools* and the non-VIP section sold out.

* We returned 1,500 or so tickets to the general public because so many of us were buying open-market tickets from Nebraska fans for a lower price than the school's face value. Once these went to the general public, they sold out just like everyone else.

I'm hearing that there has been a serious underestimation of how many Husker fans will show. There will be a large contingent who just show up and grab tickets from scalpers.

And obviously you have the secondary market. The University ticket allotment is not an accurate indicator.

The thing is that the general public tickets can really only be sold by people as soon as they realize their teams were eliminated. In the case of Michigan, that was only last week. So if people only have a week to scalp their tickets, there is a huge flood of tickets which lowers the price. This panic make ticket prices go beneath a natural, long-term market and means that people would rather buy these than their own school's tickets at face value.

Once the Michigan tickets priced very low are sold out, people will have no choice to return to the general market and the game will be sold out or really damn close.
