Its nothing exciting really. When a local bar was closing the bartender, who I had gotten friendly with, told me he was opening his own bar. I usually meet a couple of old friends on Thursday nights so I told the bartender that we'd try his new bar the following week. He pulled me aside and told me it was kind of a mixed gay straight crowd just so I wouldn't be shocked.

Me nor my two friends don't have a problem with gay people so we went and enjoyed ourselves. Its a beautiful old bar with a good beer selection and nice people. We added it to our rotation of bars to hit and go every few weeks. At least on Thursdays, you could probably go there and not notice it was a gay bar for a while. That is if you didnt notice the rainbow martini glass on the huge sign outside or some of the posters on the walls inside.
