Caught bits and pieces at work without sound. For those of you who watched the broadcast, Root played some clips of Seager and Zunino in the dugout and on a foul out. Was there just some playful banter ala Beltre and Odor, or was there some drama. Guessing the latter since Root would never show anything controversial on screen, but I had no idea what I was watching.

I was pretty convinced they weren't scoring when I saw the bases were loaded with no outs. Even with Cruz and Seagar up. That's how pathetic the middle of the order has been this year in key spots. Luckily the As out Marinered the Mariners.

Could be hiding an injury.

Although people have shit on him for his lack of hustle at times, I don't think we can doubt that Cano is a tough son of a bitch - he played through that stomach ailment that caused him to lose 20lbs or whatever. He has also been dinged up with a number of minor injuries throughout the season. I wouldn't be surprised if he is hurt and playing through it.
